How this course analyzer works

Every race publishes a GPX file, and most runners never open it until race week. Here is what this tool actually does with it.

Your file never leaves your device

The parsing runs entirely in your browser with plain JavaScript. There is no upload, no server call, no storage. You could disconnect your wifi after the page loads and this tool would still work.

What you get for free

Total distance, total elevation gain and loss, the high point, the full elevation profile chart, and the three biggest climbs on the course with their length, gain, and average grade. That is the honest terrain read, no strings attached.

What the paid plan adds

Summit Line takes the same file and builds a segment-by-segment race plan: pace and effort for every mile, where to power-hike, aid-station arrival windows against your cutoffs, and a fueling plan by segment. That is the part this free tool does not do.
