Refund Policy
How the trial, renewals, and cancellations work.
Getting started on Summit Line is free, with no payment card. The free trial and the free tier cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them.
If you choose to upgrade to the paid plan ($12 per month or $99 per year), your card is charged when you upgrade, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Settings, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Monthly fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. For annual plans, if you are charged for a renewal and have not actively used the account in that new period, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will return it. After 14 days, annual renewals are non-refundable.
